Registration Fee

Important Notes

• One regular registration is within 5 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.

• Each Accepted paper needs registration by at least one of its authors for publication.

• Registration fees do not include travel expenses.

• Please send the required documents: a. final paper; b. filled registration form; c. payment proof to g2esd@g2esd.net to finish the registration.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.

2. Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

3. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Personal Reason

The G2ESD cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to personal reason. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure

The G2ESD cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to "force majeure".

Circumstances amounting to "force majeure" include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Attention for Participants

1. For the author or presenter: After your submission accepted, you will receive the formal notification of acceptance from G2ESD 2024. In the notification, there will be detailed registration information.
2. For the listener: If you prefer to attend G2ESD 2024 without presentation and publication, we suggest registering as the listener. For listener registration, please contact the conference secretary directly.

On-site Conference:

1. The registration for the author will cover the publication fee with Five pages, attendance to all programs (except the social programs), 15 minutes' presentation slot in the parallel session, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks during the conference, the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.

2. The registration for the presenter will cover attendance to all programs (except the social programs), 15 minutes' presentation slot in the parallel session, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks during the conference, the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.

3. The registration for the listener will cover all programs (except the social programs), lunch, dinner, coffee breaks during the conference, the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.

4. One regular registration with additional papers will receive only one proceeding.

Virtual Conference:

1. The registration for author (online) will cover the publication fee with Five pages, attendance to all programs for the virtual conference, 15 minutes' presentation slot in the parallel online session, E-version of the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.

2. The registration for presenter (online) will cover 15 minutes' presentation slot in the parallel online session, E-version of the conference abstract, certificate of online attendance, etc.

Exclusion of Liability:

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application denial, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

Conference Site Safety Policy:

In considering the personal and property security belonging to conference participants, please take the attendance cards during the conference. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to enter the venue. The conference organizers won't accept liability for personal injuries or loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants.

Conference Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to "force majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
